The stay for my business trip was really good. the location was great and made it easy to walk to nearby sites 🚶.

Huge room, impressive with balcony. Excellent service at the terrace! Nice pool area too. Location just off the bus stop of the Airport Executive Bus which offer very good service at a rate of B $ 10, TV tower and 2 shopping centers and two shopping malls on the north side.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of items, also loved having rooms with three beds.

The staff was very kind a location is good for my purpose.

Not a real issue for me, but Hotel rates when purchased directly with the Hotel are much more expensive when compared to Booked.net. So I recommend to book all period with booking.

For business travellers, the hotel´s location is great, It is a stone- throw from themajor naks, offices and ministeries. I also enjoyed the courtesy of staff members.

Elevators take an eternity to get to your floor at peak hours. One morning, I had to wait for 15 minutes to go up to my room after breakfast.

It was a really good stay on a business trip. Loved the safe environment, the multi-channel television, and the mini fridge bar in the room. The location was absolutely perfect and favorable, with easy walking access to Shopping Conjunto Nacional. The area was safe and very close to certain districts, the bus stop of the Airport Executive Bus offering very good service at a rate of B$10, and landmarks like the TV tower and football stadium.

Good location for bussiness

I have to move bedrooms twice for the following reasons: 1) air conditioning broken; 2) broken shower. People from the front desk promote careless service with customer needs.

Nice balcony, strong shower, very very clean room, cool decor in the upgraded double room. Let me borrow of converter for the week, were very efficient at check in /check out. Full breakfast. One night, we couldnt find a parking spot for my boyfriend's car and the guy let him park in a not available space and agreed to watch his car for us - so nice! They staff was always smiling and nice. The gym was closed, but they had an agreement with the hotel across the street and they were also very friendly about letting me use their facilities.

Bed was very hard. Shower did not get very hot. Wi-Fi was really slow, even in public areas.

Recently updated room with a contemporary style. Had a great time staying here, plus you get a separate bedroom and can check out late! 😊

Big room, big bathroom, breakfast was good and the position of the hotel

We arrived late and t the reception the didn't gave us room with a double bed ( we are couple), they proposed us to put 2 single beds together , it took to long until somebody showed up, so we arranged ourselves everything - we put the beds together , it wasn't nice , as we had 2 small sheets. The next day things went better. The reception didn't gave us the impression of beeing in a 4 star hotel.....

A series of mistakes occurred, which were annoying

The room was immaculately clean and had fantastic amenities, providing me with a cozy stay at this modern and trendy spot.

The Hotel should inform guests before booking that there is an ongoing refurbishment. At check-out time half of the Reception/Lobby Area was full of dust and workmen. Not nice. Finally, I must add that the hotel opposite was in refurbishment too and there is a building in construction on the other side. So, noise everywhere.
